These terms govern your use of the Salute PK platform — including account registration, PKR deposits, bonuses, game play and responsible gaming. Please read them carefully before you start playing.

If you change your mobile number, email address or other contact information, please update your account promptly. Salute PK is not liable for communications that fail to reach you because your contact details are outdated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately. We reserve the right to suspend any account showing signs of unauthorised access while we investigate.
We may request identity documents or other verification at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
All deposits and account balances at Salute PK are denominated in PKR. We currently support the following deposit methods:
There are no platform-side fees charged by Salute PK on deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500.
If you complete a deposit transaction that does not reflect in your account balance within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-send the same payment before confirming with support — duplicate payments are processed as separate deposits.
Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Salute PK offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL season, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be displayed clearly when the offer is active.
Promotions running during PSL season, T20 series or other cricket events are time-limited and may be modified or ended early if match schedules change. Always check the active promotion terms before depositing with the intention of claiming a specific offer.
All games on the Salute PK platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live dealer infrastructure for live casino titles. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and are not influenced by previous results or account history.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or connection interruption that affects a game round, the result of that round may be voided. Any winings generated from a malfunction are not valid and will not be credited. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and will always work to resolve technical issues promptly.
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through software exploits, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated play tools, or any other manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaging in such behaviour will be closed immediately and balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. Withdrawals are processed to Pakistani payment accounts only — we do not process international withdrawals.

Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. If you choose to withdraw while bonus funds are active and requirements have not been met, the bonus and any associated winings may be forfeited.

We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salute PK's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposited amount held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also attempt to notify active players via account notification or email.
